Traveling from South and East

• On the A1 heading North bound, (past the Metro Centre)
• Take slip road for the A694
• At the next roundabout take 2nd exit on to the A694
• Continue forward, in the right hand lane, on to the A695 (Blaydon, Prudhoe, Hexham)
• Remain on the A695 going straight over 4-rounderbouts towards Prudhoe, Hexham
• 200 metres after the 4th roundabout turn right onto Greenside Road
• At the traffic lights turn right onto Crawcrook Main Street and B6317
• Travel on the B6317 for approximately 1/2 mile
• Optimise Neurotherapy Centre is on the right just after the Fox and Hounds Pub

Traveling from the North and East

• On the A1 South bound, Continue forward onto the Newcastle Western Bypass (The South, Gateshead)
• Branch left take the 1st exit onto the A694 (Newcastle, Blaydon)
• At the roundabout take the 2nd exit on to the A694 (Newcastle, Blaydon)
• Keep right across Scotswood Bridge onto the A695, (Blaydon, Prudhoe, Hexham)
• Remain on the A695 going straight over 4-rounderbouts towards Prudhoe, Hexham
• 200 metres after the 4th roundabout turn right onto Greenside Road
• At the traffic lights turn right onto Crawcrook Main Street and B6317
• Travel on the B6317 for approximately 1/2 mile
• Optimise Neurotherapy Centre is on the right just after the Fox and Hounds Pub

Travelling from the West

• On the A69 Eastbound, exit at the Horsley/Heddon (B6528) slip road.
• Continue for 1.6 miles until the Wylam turnoff. Take the right here.
• After 1 mile, you will come to a sweeping right corner, look out for the Crawcrook turnoff on the left hand side. Take this left.
• Continue until the traffic lights. Turn left at the traffic lights. Travel on the B6317 for approximately 1/2 mile.
